Lower Level: Two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and a media room.
The house is surrounded by a balcony, offering river views at the front, and features a section of roof for shade and protection from the elements. Outdoor table and chairs provide an ideal spot to relax. Stairs from the balcony lead to the river and jetty, adding an extra dimension to your stay.
Please note that access to this property is exclusively by ferry, which operates every 8 minutes. From the ferry, it's approximately 7 kilometers on a regularly graded road to reach the house. Embrace the tranquility and unique charm of this riverside retreat
